Kialei is a health and fitness expert with a degree in Exercise Science from BYU and over 10 years of field experience. She loves to learn and has >10 industry certifications in personal training, yoga, nutrition, health coaching, weight loss, and behavior change. She is currently working on her Master of Public Health degree. Kialei is a great lover of the outdoors, with passions that include hiking, climbing, canyoneering, running, backpacking, and travel. She’s a happy mom, passionate volunteer, voracious reader, and long-time yogi.
